Qualifications
At Kick & Sons in Pine Island, New York, I bring over thirty years of real-world building experience to every home inspection. I spent 23 years as a union carpenter in commercial construction and another nine years working in residential carpentry, giving me a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. Over the years, I have also taken on side projects, built houses of my own, and managed rental properties, which has sharpened my eye for both structural integrity and long-term maintenance. This wide-ranging background allows me to deliver inspections with the knowledge, honesty and craftsmanship you would expect from a lifetime in the trades.
